BTTR DYZ Shipping Policy

BTTR DYZ products are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste, keep drops intentional, and maintain quality across every item.

Production

We partner with MerchSprint powered by Create Apparel, based in Sydney, Australia, to produce and fulfil our products.

Once an order is placed on our website, it is sent directly to production.

Standard production time:

  • Typically up to 7 business days

Production times may increase during high-demand periods, new drops, or public holidays.

Shipping

Shipping begins once production is complete.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Australia: approximately 1–5+ business days, depending on location

  • Regional and remote areas may take longer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided as a guide.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays

While we work closely with our fulfilment and delivery partners, some delays may be outside our control.

This can include:

  • Courier delays

  • Peak periods such as sales or holidays

  • Weather or network disruptions

If your order is delayed beyond expected timeframes, please contact us and we’ll assist by lodging an enquiry with the courier where possible.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is sent to the address provided and is incorrect or incomplete:

  • We may not be able to recover the parcel

  • Additional costs may apply if reshipping is possible

Lost or damaged parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • We will assist you in lodging an enquiry or claim with the carrier

Carrier investigations can take time. If a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will work with you on a fair resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
